I bought a Saber at the Edmonton convention, the battery had a faulty issue and would not turn on. when i reached out for help. The Owner personally contacted me to work through the issue. I was sent a new battery and the saber beautifully turned on. This company is worth every dollar. Thanks and see you next comic con!
